Once a Reward Redemption ID has been submitted and the redemption is confirmed, the action cannot be undone, reversed, or cancelled. All redemptions are final. Please ensure all information is accurate before confirming.

We collect personal data including your full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and Reward Redemption ID. We also collect booking and loyalty data related to your VIFP Club membership, cruise history, and milestone achievements, as well as device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

Your information is used to verify your identity and eligibility, process and fulfill reward redemptions, communicate regarding reward status and shipment tracking, improve your website experience, monitor usage trends, comply with legal obligations, and send promotional communications where consent has been provided.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist with fulfillment and shipping, Carnival affiliates for loyalty program management, or as required by law. In the event of a business transfer, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its collection purpose. Reward redemption records are kept for a minimum of 5 years for compliance. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations.
